1. How do I start the service?
You start the service from the main menu or under the programs folder. Look for a green icon with the name Autosync
[ ^ ]
2. Do I need special Internet/WAP settings?
You only need standard WAP settings in order to use the service. If you manage to download the service you will already
have the correct settings. If you are unable to get the service to work and receive an error message related to the Internet,
WAP or data traffic when you are to use the service, you should contact your telecommunications operator and have the correct
settings sent. [ ^ ]
3. What does it cost to use the service?
Currently Autosync is in BETA-version, and is therefore free of charge at the moment. Payment may be added at a later
stage. There may be additional costs for data traffic through your telecommunications operator. [ ^ ]
4. I cannot connect to server. What is wrong?
If you have previously used the service on your phone there will probably be no fault with your phone. It may be disruptions
to the mobile network, but this does not happen often. If this is the first time you have used the service, it is likely
that you have not chosen the correct access point on the phone. Since you have managed to download the application,
one of the access points already available to you will be correct. If you cannot find the correct access point, you should
contact your telecommunications operator and have the correct settings sent to you. [ ^ ]
5. I cannot perform backup/update of my contacts. What is wrong?
There can be 4 different reasons why you cannot automatically see who is calling: 1) you do not have data access to mobile
network. See above. 2) Interruptions in the mobile network. 3) Your contacts are saves in your SIM memory, not your phone
memory. Copy your contacts from SIM to phone memory and try again. 4) After you have installed the service you must switch
your phone off and on before the service will work. If none of these points help you to resolve the problem, we recommend
that you uninstall the program and then reinstall it again. [ ^ ]
6. How do I stop the service?
If you wish to stop the service, this can be done by deactivating the client through the settings menu or by uninstalling
the service from programs menu. Although if you have a periodic subscription you must also send “Stop Autosync”
to +46737494050 [ ^ ]
